It is possible to connect it with any type of 35khz kHz ultrasonic generator, plus it is equipped with a transducer with piezoelectric ceramics and a machete shaped ultrasonic sonotrode. Its structure is devised to be mounted on workbenches with the assistance of two wheels installed at its base, allowing for its free sliding along the supporting ring.
Cutting with ultrasound technology may be manual, semi or fully automated. They are usually tailored to meet each client’s needs and production standards. The materials may be 100% synthetic, or fibre blends with up to 35% non- thermoplastic fibre content.
Materials which can be processed are polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, rigid thermoplastics, thermoplastic polyurethane, some vinyls and thermoplastic coated foils and papers.
