Introduction

The 70 khz ultrasonic transducer is applied to embedding the coil wires to the smart card, or RFID card, and other small samples welding applications.This small welding horn to weld, embed, or inlay, many kinds of small parts with different type shapes.

The transducer converts high-frequency electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibrations. And it contains several piezoelectric ceramic discs sandwiched under pressure between two metal blocks. Between each disc is a thin metal plate, which forms the electrode. When a sinusoidal electrical signal is fed to the transducer via the electrodes, the discs expand and contract, producing axial vibrations.Ultrasonic smart card welding equipment transmitted ultrasonic energy through welding parts to welding area, local high temperature will happen due to high acoustic resistance between two welding interface places.
