Application of Ultrasonic Technology in Food Spraying

With the rapid development of ultrasonic technology, ultrasonic spraying technology has also appeared in various industries. Principle of ultrasonic food coating spraying equipment:

The ultrasonic generator converts 220v50Hz civilian electricity into 60~100kHz high-frequency output, which is input into the ultrasonic transducer nozzle (component) to form high-frequency vibration mechanical energy. When the liquid passes through the ultrasonic nozzle outlet, the solution is broken into uniform micron-level fine mist, thereby achieving atomization coating. During the ultrasonic spraying process, FUNSONIC automation equipment can accurately control the droplet size and distribution, so that very small droplets and particles can evaporate quickly, thereby producing particles with a high specific surface area and forming a thin film coating.

Ultrasonic food coating spraying application direction:

1. Antibacterial coating spray

Ultrasonic atomization spray system is very suitable for spraying a small amount of antibacterial coating on ready-to-eat food, such as prepared meat. In order to improve product safety and extend shelf life, the antibacterial solution needs to be evenly sprinkled on the meat, and an extremely thin coating is required, which is not possible with other spraying methods.

2. Additive coating spray

3. CBD and THC oil coating spray

Accurately and evenly spray a small amount of CBD and THC oil to form a thin coating on the product and accurately quantify it on the product.
