Description
Ultrasonic servo welding machines utilize high-frequency (typically 20kHz or 40kHz) mechanical vibration energy, which is transmitted through the welding head to the interface of the plastic material to be welded. This causes frictional heat to be generated at the interface molecules under the action of high-frequency vibration, resulting in localized melting and welding. Specifically, the ultrasonic generator converts electrical energy into a high-frequency electrical signal, which is then converted into mechanical vibration by a transducer. This vibration is transmitted to the welding area through the welding head. Simultaneously, the servo system controls the displacement and pressure of the welding head, ensuring appropriate force and accurate positioning during the welding process to guarantee weld quality.
