Working Principle
Using the principle of ultrasonic cavitation, the ultrasonic vibration generated by the device will form a series of tiny bubbles when it propagates in the liquid. These bubbles will expand and contract rapidly under the action of ultrasonic waves and eventually implode.
When the bubbles implode, they will generate instantaneous high temperature, high pressure, strong shock waves and shear forces, which can effectively break the agglomeration structure of the material, rupture cells or particles, break larger particles into smaller particles, and make them evenly dispersed in the liquid.
Features
Explosion-proof performance: It has a high explosion-proof grade, such as IP68, and can be used in flammable and explosive environments such as mines, flour mills, oil, and natural gas to avoid explosion accidents caused by electric sparks generated by ultrasonic equipment.
Good homogenization effect: It can make liquid/liquid and solid/liquid solutions mix better. After ultrasonic treatment, the solution particles are significantly reduced, which is conducive to improving the uniformity and stability of the mixed solution.
Energy concentration: Ultrasonic energy is concentrated in a small reactor, with strong energy concentration, fast processing speed, repeatability, and can efficiently complete tasks such as homogenization, emulsification, and dispersion.
Wide range of application: It can handle high-viscosity solutions, with a variety of probes and power options, covering processing volumes from microliters to thousands of liters, which can meet the production and experimental needs of different scales.
Easy operation: There are relatively few liquid contact parts, and only the ultrasonic horn is immersed in the liquid, which reduces friction, wear and cleaning time, and the high-frequency vibration of the ultrasonic wave prevents the liquid from being adsorbed on the surface of the horn.
Application fields
1.Biomedical field: widely used in cell disruption, nucleic acid extraction, microbial separation, drug development, etc. For example, in the pharmaceutical industry, it can ensure the uniform distribution of drug particles and ensure the consistent efficacy of each drug.
2.Food processing field: can be used to make products such as lactic acid bacteria, yeast, protein shakes, etc., and can also make various additives and nutrients evenly integrated into the food matrix to improve the quality and taste of food.
3.Chemical field: used to prepare nanomaterials, emulsifiers, coatings, paints, etc., can crush aggregated particles to micron and nanometer sizes to improve product quality.
4.Environmental protection field: in wastewater treatment, pollutants in sewage can be treated by ultrasonic flocculation and other methods, which helps to improve the efficiency and quality of sewage treatment.
