‌1. Preparation‌: Before using the ultrasonic food cutter, you need to prepare the cutter host (oscillator) and the machine head (handle), as well as tools such as the AC adapter, standard blade, blade holder and hex wrench. Make sure that the materials and supports to be cut are also ready‌.

‌2. Install the blade‌: Use a hex wrench to loosen the screws on the machine head and remove the front cover and inner cover of the machine head. Insert the standard blade into the chuck inside the machine head, pay attention to align the grooves on the chuck, and then tighten the screws to fix the chuck and blade. Finally, put the inner cover and front cover of the machine head back in place, and tighten the screws to fix the machine head‌.

‌3. Connect the power supply‌: Plug the input end of the AC adapter into the power socket, and the output end into the power socket of the host (oscillator). Plug the cable of the machine head (handle) into the output socket of the host (oscillator), turn on the power switch on the host, and the power indicator light should be on‌.

‌4. Adjust the output mode‌: Select the appropriate output mode according to the nature and thickness of the material to be cut. Honda ZO-91 cutter has two output modes: normal mode and high power mode. Normal mode is suitable for thinner or softer materials, and high power mode is suitable for thicker or harder materials. Press the output mode switch on the main unit and select the desired output mode. The output mode indicator should show the corresponding color. ‌

‌5. Start cutting‌: Place the material to be cut on the support and keep it stable and fixed. Press the one-touch operation switch on the machine head to start ultrasonic vibration. The oscillation indicator should light up at this time. Gently touch the blade to the cutting line of the material and move the blade in the desired direction for cutting. Be careful not to use too much force or stay too long to avoid damage or melting of the blade or material. ‌

‌6. Complete cutting‌: After cutting, release the one-touch operation switch on the machine head to stop ultrasonic vibration. The oscillation indicator should go out at this time. Clean up the work area and complete the cutting operation. ‌

‌Working principle of ultrasonic food cutting knife‌: Ultrasonic cutting uses the energy of ultrasonic waves to heat and melt the material to be cut locally, thereby achieving the purpose of cutting the material. The cutting process does not require a sharp blade and a lot of pressure, the friction resistance is small, and the material to be cut is not easy to stick to the blade. It is especially suitable for cutting frozen, sticky, and elastic materials, such as food, rubber, etc.‌
